The location was ideal, right next to Courthouse Square, and the staff were friendly and helpful and love dogs. It was a wonderful experience! We always stay here because of the many positives, but the rooms are a bit small due to the historic building.

The old‑hotel charm and the friendly, helpful staff were highlights.

I was pleasantly surprised by the tea‑time entertainment, which felt like a nice bonus, and the staff were lovely. Nothing else stood out.

The historical vibe and friendly staff were nice, but the bathroom was super moldy and the whole room needed a deep clean; the carpets are way too old and grimy.

The location is everything, and the staff were excellent.
