I didn’t like anything. Reception service was slow and poor; I couldn’t get answers to my questions or received them very reluctantly. Cleaning in the room was weak. We slept for two nights with the window open because of a heavy dust smell. The sheets were old, towels were very stained and old. On the last day the bathroom light bulb even blew out. Even the soap quality was low, it didn’t foam. The bathroom in the lobby was always dirty, the towels were scattered, the toilet wasn’t flushed, and it was full of filth. The staff seemed indifferent; I don’t think they took feedback seriously. Guests seemed abandoned. Renting a house would have been better because the lobby staff were never helpful. The wooden floor in the room creaked, and I was afraid to wake my friend with those creaks when I entered.

“Eski ve 4 yıldızı halletmeyen bir otel.”

The only thing I liked was the location; I was dissatisfied with everything else. The breakfast, the cleanliness, and any other aspects expected of a four‑star hotel were missing. This place would only deserve a two‑star rating.
