The hotel sits right in the middle of town, the staff were super friendly and everything was spotlessly clean – would love to return ❤️

Everything – from the location to the services and availability – was great! I’d recommend this B&B in Pescara to all tourists; it’s far above the average accommodation in Pescara. Congratulations!
“Bonito y cómodo lugar.”
The location and the room were excellent, the room and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast wasn’t very varied and there weren’t many options for a low‑sugar diet because of my diabetes.
The location was fine, but our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, giving a bad first impression. The shower drain was in terrible condition, so water backed up instead of draining, and there was an unpleasant odor in the shower area. The room’s refrigerator wasn’t working either. Breakfast was a letdown, only coffee and a few sweet pastries, no real variety or substantial options. These basic amenities and services should be reliable, and their failure really hurt our overall experience. I hope the hotel fixes its housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast quality for future guests.
