The spot was great, but the staff left a lot to be desired.

The scenery was great and the room service delivered items promptly, and the breakfast pastries were tasty. The breakfast overall was just average; it could be improved with some small seafood dishes and offering tea bags in addition to soy milk and coffee. Adding some seating on the ground floor would also give waiting guests a place to rest.

The spot was perfect and the staff greeted me warmly every time they passed. When I complained about a strong renovation smell in the room, they promptly brought over an air purifier that made a big difference. I loved the wonton noodles I had for lunch. On the downside, the room wasn’t as tidy as it could have been—there was dust and a few hairs left behind. The breakfast also needed more variety and the staff should clear the dishes faster.
