The surroundings are natural and green. I booked this hotel for my parents‑in‑law’s anniversary, but I’m disappointed with the overall experience. The property is not easily accessible for elderly guests, a fact that wasn’t disclosed at booking. Before their stay, I emailed the hotel twice asking for a small anniversary gesture; I received no response, and the request was ignored. Even a simple anniversary wish would have been appreciated. While the stay itself may have been fine, the lack of communication and attention to a special occasion was disappointing.

The place sits right in the heart of a forested area, surrounded by nature and a genuinely beautiful setting. However, the quality of consumables like soap was subpar, so we had to ask for replacements.
