I slept well on the comfy beds in a small room, and the breakfast was great. However, the hotel charged me for the room before I checked in, which messed up my account because the booking said I could use another card at check‑in, but that option wasn’t available. Both the hotel and the booking service blamed each other. The adjustable desk chairs don’t work for shorter people, and the room feels too small for the price.

The breakfast was good, and the lady at the front desk was very nice. The pillows were terrible, not even full‑size, the closet door was completely broken off, and the AC didn’t work very well.

It was convenient and comfy, but my room wasn’t clean. The trash was full, there was hair on the floor, and crumbs of some kind were on the stand by the TV.

Getting there was easy and the people were nice. We ended up with a room that had beds that were WAY too small.
