“Struttura da evitare.”
I booked a 10 m² room for three people and there was no private bathroom. When we called the staff to point out the missing bathroom, they said it was “outside” but actually exclusive. The shared bathroom is in a common area that people pass through to reach their rooms, and parking in that spot is practically impossible.
The location is good, but the experience was disappointing. When booking, it was never mentioned that the apartment was split into two rooms. I could have strangers freely accessing the kitchen or meeting them at the bathroom exit, something I would have wanted to know beforehand for privacy and comfort. The description should be clearer and more transparent; otherwise it’s misleading. It’s a shame because the property itself could be fine for a large family, but this detail made the stay decidedly unpleasant.

No breakfast, location is fine. The lack of a bidet, a second room with a main entrance that is not connected to mine (not specified at booking), a non‑working hair dryer, a shower with a harsh spray that needs replacement, smokers sitting in the kitchen right after entering from the main entrance, and a bedroom door that doesn’t close properly letting in air and light were all issues.
At first it seemed cute, and I chose it because it was the nearest to San Filippo hospital, but I didn’t know there were two apartments in the same room, so there was no privacy with other occupants. The cleaning on arrival didn’t convince me, but since I was only staying overnight and spending the day outside, I didn’t mind until I returned in the evening and found an ant on the bed. Lowering my head revealed the worst: ants everywhere, a nail on the floor under the bed, chips, and other mess. The lady asked, “Did you eat in the room?” but an ant nest doesn’t form in half a day. I won’t come back, and the area is too dark and desolate.
We stayed three nights at this place. Everything was at our disposal. Anyone traveling with family can enjoy all the comforts. The owner is a very kind and helpful person.
