Breakfast and the children’s corner were very nice; we were surprised when told that our three‑year‑old son was not entitled to a towel or duvet and sheet, and when I asked for a crib he was charged 100 PLN – something I’ve never encountered before, supposedly because the child is “free” but he actually received nothing, so I don’t see how that qualifies as a “stay for your child FREE” as booking claims.

Everything looked beautiful, clean, and very luxurious, with comfortable apartments featuring separate bedrooms and a wide range of lighting options; filtered water was available on every floor, and a small but adequate game/children’s corner right by the restaurant was ideal for up to six people; the pools were pleasantly warm, great for kids, and the outdoor jets were excellent; the wellness area was sufficient, and the pool bar had very hot water. I recommend staying in the main building’s mountain‑view apartments to avoid walking outside and the second apartment block, even though construction work opposite the road ran from about 8‑17h, it didn’t really bother us. Dinner as part of the half‑board was weak in variety but tasty; I would separate guests for half‑board and à la carte. The kitchenette was poorly equipped – missing a bottle opener, wine glasses, a can opener, a stove, and a towel. I would have liked body milk in the bathroom, but the provided cosmetics in the same luxurious scent throughout the hotel, with the option to purchase them, were nice. One large communal duvet isn’t very suitable with a child; we asked for two smaller ones, were promised but never received them. We got two 20 zl vouchers, not sure if that was compensation or normal, and they were always left in the room after cleaning.

The stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is large, clean, comfortable, and well‑suited for families with children. There’s ample parking, a playroom, and weekend child‑animation. The pool and spa area is a big plus – several pools, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, saunas, a salt grotto, and a very warm shallow pool for kids. There’s also an adult 18+ pool and bar. My room was comfortable, with a big TV, a coffee machine, and a kettle. Water dispensers are on each floor, and a glass bottle in the room lets you refill. During my stay I celebrated a birthday, and the hotel offered free parking as a gift, which I really appreciated. Overall we liked the stay and would gladly return. The downside is that parking at the hotel is extra paid, and a 500 zł deposit is taken at check‑in and refunded a few days after check‑out. The minibar in the room was empty, only two coffee capsules and a few tea sachets were available. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the bathroom – such small extras would be welcome at a hotel of this standard. The hotel lacks a large private recreational area or an outdoor playground, and there are no shops or additional attractions nearby, so it’s best to arrive by car.

I woke up to a great breakfast, nice rooms and a solid wellness area. Unfortunately the breakfast was only available at the scheduled time, I had to pay for parking and then found no space to park. I overpaid for the mountain view and watched the crane that had been working since dawn, hearing everything, so it would have been better to stay on the other side.
