The location was ideal. We could walk to our fjord tour, great restaurants, and knit shops. The front desk staff helped when we had a miscommunication about a reservation; they were flexible and accommodating!

The breakfasts were very good if you arrived at the very beginning, and the location was excellent; however, there were no slippers, which meant fewer items were available at breakfast later on.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which sits in a central spot and has almost all major sights within walking distance; the room was spotless, the entire hotel featured quirky colors and chic decor, and the front desk staff—especially Maria—were wonderfully warm and welcoming.
