The hotel’s spot is solid and the staff were really helpful, but we hit a nightmare when our rooms got cancelled while we were still on the plane. We called from Shanghai Airport to explain the delay, but still got a message that our booking was gone. We ended up arriving past midnight with no room, which was a huge hassle.

The room was big and spotless, but we had to ask for a different one because the first had a lingering cigarette smell even though it was marked non‑smoking.

The place was clean and comfy, and the staff—especially Wan Chen—were incredibly helpful, guiding me, arranging rides, and even talking to the driver to make sure everything went smoothly.
