The host was responsive and helpful, and the new facilities and tidy rooms were appreciated. Keep in mind the bedding costs an extra £15, which isn’t included in the price; the host said they’d add that to the price or description soon.

Clean and tidy bunk room. Good shower and well equipped kitchen area. We had an evening meal at the nearby Golden Lion pub which was very nice and reasonably priced. Thought the cost of the bedding & towel service was a bit high at £15 per person on top of the accommodation cost. However, the intro email does make it clear that this is the case if you don't bring your own sleeping bag etc so partly my fault for not reading it properly

Location was great, buildings were modern and clean, kitchen facilities were well stocked. Underfloor heating in summer made the room a bit too hot sometimes
