Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The staff couldn't handle emergency requests from high‑spending guests, violating public policy and showing a need for relaxed rules and exceptions. The same issue was the only negative point.

The rooftop area and kitchen were great, though there were only a few bathrooms.

The service was good, but the facilities were a bit neglected.

The location was fine, yet no staff were working.

The room was spacious, clean, and had the basic amenities; everything from supermarkets to other businesses was nearby. The area was somewhat noisy and I’m not sure how safe it is, plus there was no direct parking (there was a street two blocks away where you could park). It meets the basics but the price is quite high for a tourist zone.
