“A fuir”
The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the palm grove was a highlight, but getting in was a nightmare because of the steep stairs. Paying €100 for a double room feels out of line with the actual quality and with typical Moroccan rates. The authenticity is there, just not worth that price, and the photos on the site are outdated.
Dar Infiane feels like stepping into another world—nothing is ordinary, and you have to immerse yourself in its history and memories. It’s definitely not a typical hotel; it’s for those who love quirky, dream‑like places. We loved everything.
“An interesting, if slightly challenging couple of nights.”
The place feels rustic, traditional, and intriguing. You have to climb 50 steep, uneven steps to get there. They claim there’s a pool, but there isn’t. It’s pricey compared to better options nearby, like le Relais des Sables, which offers a nice pool, better food choices, and cheaper drinks. We got locked in our room because the kids tampered with the lock.
The reception was very friendly and they tried hard to meet our requests, even fulfilling almost everything we asked for. The air conditioning worked well. However, reaching the entrance was a struggle with many uneven stone steps; carrying a suitcase would have been almost impossible for a 74‑year‑old.
It has a quaint charm, but getting there from the road is difficult and you have to climb a lot of steps to reach the entrance.
