We loved the hotel’s design and the staff were great; after we finished our workout on the tram we could head into the city with ease. We’ll probably book the Hari again. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The place was well equipped and the standard of amenities was excellent. Nothing else to note.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was stunning, and the restaurant on level two was lovely. No issues at all.

The hotel was generally clean, but the room was very cramped compared to the photos, and the extra commission on the room was far higher than the room price itself—an outrageous charge I’ve never seen before. I would not recommend it at all.
