The location was convenient, but the check‑in staff were friendly. Cleaning staff started loudly vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning right outside your capsule screen 2–4 hours before check‑out, which felt very inhospitable—they didn’t even make eye contact. The futons might not have been clean because they were just covered with a sheet.

The capsule hotel was close to the subway, with the Asakusa and Ginza lines nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. It’s right by the famous Kaminarimon gate in a bustling area with lots of food and shopping. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and they provided towels and bath towels that were replaced daily, which was very convenient. The bathroom was clean. The sound insulation was a bit lacking; depending on the neighbor or the upper bunk, there were occasional collision noises and door slams. I got used to it and it didn’t really disturb my sleep. The milk on the first floor (labeled with a number) was taken by someone else before I could drink it, which was a bit frustrating.

I was able to sleep, but the shower room could use more cleanliness and a TV would be appreciated.
