Except for the parking access issue I mentioned, the rest of the stay was excellent. To reach the parking with a car you have to get out and use the intercom; that could be improved.

I liked the location and the breakfast amenities. The service was a bit lacking, especially with directions and missing information.

The front desk was fine. The bed was uncomfortable, with a lump in the middle of the mattress. Breakfast was weak with very few choices.
