We stayed in July 2026 and liked the location (the sea is across the road), the beach (the sandy Cleopatra beach, but there are stone slabs at the sea entrance where you can walk barefoot or in aqua shoes), the cozy pool, the variety of dishes (vegetables, fruits, side dishes, salads), the air‑conditioner in the room, the view from the room, the elevator, and that drinks are included in the price. I would have liked more meat and fish options, as soy meat was often served. The Wi‑Fi in the pool area is weak; a repeater could improve the signal. During meals the dining hall was very hot and the AC was not always on.

The hotel’s location near the beach—right across the street—was great, and the town had shops, a pharmacy, and a park nearby. Young men in the kitchen worked hard to serve guests and quickly wash dishes; the food was varied, including meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, and sweets. When we first arrived, they helped us carry our luggage to the room. Water supplies in the room were constantly replenished. I was not satisfied with the cleaning: they pretended to clean but only tossed the existing bed linen, and once they even gave us stained towels. Dust was under the bed and had not been swept. They came to clean twice while we were in the room, so we had to wait for them at the door. Be prepared to pay for loungers and umbrellas on the beach, and you cannot take towels from the room to the beach—you must bring your own or buy them at reception. The entrance to the water is via concrete slabs, so be careful not to get hurt. Even though we are a married couple, we did not have a double bed in the room; instead we slept on two separate beds.
