Breakfast met the requirements and was definitely enough. The same goes for dinner. The room was very spacious and met all the conditions for a quiet night; a fridge in the room would be a plus. It was rather remote, so there were no other options. Guests are fully dependent on the (currently limited) facilities of the riad.

Newer Riad accommodation – spacious, clean, and continuously upgraded – with secure parking and friendly hosts delivering 10/10 customer service and Moroccan hospitality. Why stay here? My wife and I were on a 4‑month motorcycle‑sidecar adventure. We arrived at the Riad hot and worn, and the host’s kindness began right away: they carried our heavy motorcycle luggage bags to our room – very kind. We asked about laundry, they took it and returned it cleaned and dried. They offered to cook dinner (a service they provide that’s handy) and, since we were just recovering from a stomach bug, we asked for something light – they brought fresh fruit plates, rice, Sprite, and some sides. We didn’t eat much, and the next morning they wouldn’t let us pay for the meal or the laundry. That’s exceptional Moroccan hospitality in my view! Finally, after checking in and cooling down with tea, Ahmed brought out his guitar and played a few Moroccan songs. Such a unique voice – it felt like a personal cultural event. This was our experience – hope your travels include staying at Riad Aswan to enjoy this unique, different type of experience coupled with friendliness, kindness, and superb hospitality.
