“Buena calidad/precio por la ubicación, un poco descuidado”
Good location in the Villa Morra area, good price. The facilities were a bit neglected.

I was greeted by incredibly friendly staff who managed to fit my motorhome into the car space and gave me great directions around Asunción.

The breakfast and the people working there were exceptional; the staff were amazing, the bathroom was wonderful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I arrived very late at 5 am, yet the reception desk was incredibly welcoming. The building and furnishings were old and needed renovation; I was first given an old, worn room on the second floor that didn't match my reservation, but after contacting reception they swapped it for a room that matched my booking.

The staff were friendly. The reviews claim that every room has a kitchen, but the group that stayed with me occupied three rooms, none of which had a kitchen—just a mini‑fridge. The rooms were single. The AC didn’t cool well, and the day we arrived was freezing cold. Breakfast was decent. Rooms with street windows were extremely noisy because traffic is heavy all day and night, even on weekends. Parking is in front of the hotel, only four spots; sometimes guests park behind, creating two lines that make it hard to leave.
