Martina at reception was incredibly helpful—she sorted hotel searches, restaurant reservations, and even Uber rides. The location and value were good, and the breakfast was fine. Everyone on staff was friendly.

The place had great location and accessibility, and the staff were lovely; they even let us park our car on the last day so we could head straight to the airport and swapped our room because the first one was too hot. I recommend it. The only downside was the absence of air conditioning—there's none, and with the city heating the rooms can turn into saunas quickly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Garden Hotel Zagreb! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Their warm welcome made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A great choice for anyone visiting Zagreb. I would definitely come back again! 🥰🇭🇷. There was nothing major I disliked during my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience
