The staff were very helpful, especially the lady who assisted me when I requested a late checkout.

The spot was okay, but the fridge was broken. I left my mouthguard/case in the bathroom and emailed the head of housekeeping at the front desk’s suggestion, yet never heard back from Yasmin.
