This stay was unbelievable! We had such a great time secluded in nature. The Wild Dog Tents are very tastefully and thoroughly decorated. The amenities were impeccable. Everything you need is right there. Our host was great as well as our reception. Recommended very nice lunch spot nearby for an excursion and very attentive to detail. We heard the lions roaring all through our stay - which was incredible. Beds were VERY comfortable. I cannot recommend this property enough and we're already planning our next visit!

The host, Soekie, was outstanding—always quick to reply and ready to help. We had plenty of firewood for our chilly weekend, and the place was spotless, fresh-smelling, and fully equipped with every kitchen tool we needed. The only downside was the local power outage that cut off the water supply to the property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Buffelshuis Safari Camp! My wife and I had a wonderful time; the place was beautiful, clean, quiet, and incredibly peaceful—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Everything was well taken care of, and the tranquil surroundings made the experience even more special. Nothing was lacking; it was great.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and remarkably restful from start to finish, providing the perfect peaceful getaway to truly unwind and recharge. I find it distasteful to ask for a R5,000 deposit and then wait until the last minute to return it (19 days in total), so I’m giving it a 1/10. It’s unclear why it has to be held that long; perhaps the company is benefiting from the interest on everyone's deposits? Maybe it took 19 days to decide whether the property was in an acceptable state or not. I hope management reads this and either refunds the deposit immediately after the stay, or better yet, stops asking for a deposit like 99% of other accommodations.
