The restaurants, all‑inclusive package, décor, and cleanliness were all great.

The pool that comes out of the room’s balcony was very convenient. The rate wasn’t respected: I booked Yucatán Platinum but was sent to another hotel near the main pool with a lot of noise, and I had to pay extra to be moved back to Yucatán Platinum. The furniture was very old and the buffet was of very poor quality.

The pools are spectacular and very calm, and the restaurants are both excellent and pretty. The staircases never get cleaned, even though they do tidy the hallways and rooms.
