“Lugar ótimo pra descansar, tudo limpo e organizado”
The place was very quiet and the staff were polite, a great spot to relax, but they moved my items in the fridge.

The room was clean and organized. Unfortunately there was no water in the bathroom, the shower’s flush worked only after hours of work; all I wanted was a hot shower and a bed! I ended up sleeping dirty, which was the worst. I had to contact management for explanations and was not informed that the city was experiencing a water shortage.

Everything. No complaints. The staff was super helpful. I stayed 5 days with no negative points until then.

The location was spot‑on for Santos, making it easy to catch a bus or Uber and plenty of cool spots nearby to explore. I was greeted warmly, the place felt very inviting, and I got to know the staff well. Even though there were shared areas like the kitchen and bathroom, the layout was so organized, clearly marked, and everyone was super helpful. The kitchen had everything you’d need—cups, containers, cutlery—so you can cook without a hitch, even if you forget something for a trip. It’s a great spot whether you’re here to relax, work, or just enjoy.
