What’s there to like? Rude staff, locked out of the room, false claims about 24‑hour staff. They said they’d be there at 8 pm but never showed, then said they’d be there at 10 pm to help us get into a room. Finally, around midnight, they told us to go to room 8. Why? Because the room doesn’t lock, you can do whatever you want and leave. Not safe. Lack of cleanliness. Very disappointed.

This place is a real gem - it's spotless and feels super safe. I was a bit worried about the area, but it's actually really quiet and secure.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times before, and it's always been a great option for us because it's so close to our family's place. The manager and his wife are really friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, which is a big plus for us since we're on a tight budget. However, this time around, the bathroom could have used a bit more attention - the tub wasn't cleaned very well.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent spot to crash near Miami University during graduation weekend. The hotel's proximity to the university was a major plus, beating out most of the options in Hamilton, OH. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in my stay. The bathroom had been recently renovated, which was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable enough for a quick snooze.

Paid a pretty penny for my room, only to be hit with a $10 resort fee on top of it. The thing is, I didn't even get any breakfast or extras to justify the extra charge. For the same price, I'd drive a bit further to stay at a national chain hotel that at least includes breakfast in the price.
