The secluded location and the original architecture of the property were the only redeeming qualities of our stay. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there. We booked a villa with a private pool and breakfast, but upon arrival, we were told that only breakfast was available, and we had to request any other meals. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the property was in a state of disrepair, with a dirty pool and floors.

This place has a lovely atmosphere with plenty of trees surrounding the separate little houses that make up the lodging. The swimming pool is a great bonus. It's a peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding.

The location was ideal for us, being close to the monastery we wanted to visit. The parking space was sufficient, and we could easily drive to the temple each morning for our retreat. The space itself offered a good level of privacy, making our stay feel cozy. However, we felt that our room service expectations weren't clearly communicated, and we had to request it each day, which wasn't a major issue but could be improved.

The breakfast was great, and the pool was right outside our room. The place was spotless, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
