The Enny’s GH was the most pleasant of the eight accommodations we stayed at on Java. The staff spoke good English, the check‑in was quick, and they helped with any request we had. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly good, which isn’t common in Indonesia. The whole house is very lovingly decorated. There’s a small kitchen where we cooked every evening. The train station is 3 to 4 km away, but that was worth it because the Ijen Boulevard is close, and many Europeans might appreciate the Ranch supermarket just 400 m away. Hot water, cold water, tea are always free, and the glasses were even clean! I can’t think of any negatives.
