A nice, spacious, and cozy house built and owned by a friendly Georgian family. You can also arrange a transfer to the house for an additional, reasonable fee. The home was built according to a custom architectural design, so it’s truly one of a kind. The house has three bedrooms with double beds: one on the first floor and two on the second. Two of the bedrooms offer great views, while the third faces the back of the house but still looks out onto greenery and trees. The fireplace works well, and the owner, Ruslan, prepares firewood, matches, and everything else you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and appliances you could think of. If you’re staying as a group, everyone will have enough plates, glasses, and utensils. Ruslan mentioned that the house is popular with groups of women for bachelorette getaways. If that's your case, you will have everything you need. As of January 2025, you’ll need to bring food with you, as there are no nearby stores or food delivery options. That said, there’s a large refrigerator for storage, a microwave to reheat meals, a gas stove for cooking, and a barbecue set outside. There are plenty of slippers available for indoor use, including disposable ones. The air conditioner and heater keep the house warm and comfortable in winter. A nice extra touch was the binoculars, which you can use to explore details of the forest in front of the house. Internet works well. The house is located on the top of the hill. There are no neighbours around. The owner also mentioned plans to add a sauna soon, which will make the place even more enjoyable to stay in
