Birkende Bed and Breakfast is a lovely, welcoming residence where we enjoyed the shared kitchen and cooked every lunch; the place is very pleasant, with indoor or outdoor seating depending on the weather, and we loved watching the rabbits roam the vineyards. Birkende is well‑located next to Odense (great for exploring Andersen) and not far from Keterminde, a beautiful harbor. We thank the owners for their especially warm hospitality.

The hosts were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful in solving our issues. The breakfast was of very good quality. The setting is incredibly beautiful, exotic, with a well‑flowered garden, tables, chairs, rock blocks, and more; a rabbit cage adds to the exotic feel of the place. Nothing else to mention.

Everything you could need as a guest was considered and more. It was nice, new, clean, and incredibly cozy. Sweet and friendly staff. I’ll definitely come back.

I was greeted by friendly hosts and enjoyed a hearty breakfast that left me feeling satisfied; the place is quiet and peaceful, and I’ve already told friends I’ll be back.

The accommodation was clean and centrally located for the activities we had planned, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming; everything was fine, though it would help to note on the website that payment is made directly to Birkende B & B.
