Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The manager was super friendly and helpful at check‑in, even lending us a charger because we’d forgotten ours. The room was clean and quiet, and we were lucky to get an ensuite even though our booking didn’t include one. The only downside was the ~25 minute walk to the city centre, but for the price it was great value and buses ran most of the time.

Lovely B & B. Near York hospital, a walk away from the city centre. Very nice rooms and facilities.

Good location, very nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Cant fault it, good value for money (especially for York). Comfortable bed, soft towels. The only thing I would say is the room was a little bit chilly, I did turn the heater up. There can also be quite a bit of noise from the road although not so much that it’s constantly disturbing (of course the owners can’t do anything about this - just noting for future guests)

The guest house was in a good location with easy access into the building. The host was very obliging and helpful! The room was clean and cozy. The shower was great and had good pressure. Check in and out was easy. The 4 poster bed was not in the best condition and not the comfiest of mattresses but still slept very well!

Location. Small double bed in a deluxe room, expected king size. My partner is over 6' and I was on the edge of the bed all night.
