The staff were friendly and the breakfast was superb.

Breakfast selection was excellent, but the 18,50 € parking fee per day felt like a ripoff; out of six bathrooms, three were unclean; staff responded to complaints with annoyance and rudeness, and bar staff were incompetent and unfriendly—everyone on the trip decided never to return, and the lake that was advertised turned out to be two puddles.
