They messed up my booking, yet they went above and beyond to fix it, so I’d definitely recommend them.

Nothing I’m being honest. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available, even though I had booked online months ago. The building is being re-furnished, the place looks like a bomb has gone off, not suitable for guests. Demanding work snd there was no hot water to shower. And if that wasn’t enough, the rooms they did give us were located directly above the stage where a band was playing very loud, music with drums and heavy base. This didnt stop until 3.30 am, hence we hardly got a wink of sleep, as we had to leave at 5.30 am We should never have had the option to book these 4 rooms online. Would not advise anyone going here

Being close to the CBD was definitely a win. However, I was a bit surprised there was no mini-fridge in the room - it would've been nice to have a place to stash some drinks or snacks.

The location was spot on, loved being close to everything. Only downside was the stairs - could be a bit of a challenge, especially if you're not exactly fitness-ready.
