Best Western Hollywood Plaza Walk of Fame LA

I loved how clean and cozy this place was, and I could sleep in the blankets without worrying about germs. The location was perfect—I went to a concert with my daughter right on the street, just a few steps away, which saved me parking money. I also enjoyed how close other activities on Hollywood Blvd and Sunset Blvd were. Definitely recommend this hotel; nothing to complain about.

“Estadia agradável em LA”

The location is great, close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. There’s an elevator, which is essential when traveling with wheelchair users or seniors like me. Paid parking isn’t exorbitant, and the staff are very kind. It’s a bit pricey for what it offers, but overall I found it very good. There’s no seating at reception and no room service. It’s a plain hotel, but it’s worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Best Western. I slipped and fell in the bathtub, which was very concerning and left me injured. The bathtub/shower area did not feel safe, and there seemed to be insufficient measures to prevent a guest from slipping. A hotel bathroom should have basic safety precautions, especially in a wet area. This was not just an inconvenience—it caused a fall and injury. The hotel should take this seriously, inspect the bathtub and bathroom for safety issues, and make necessary changes to prevent another guest from experiencing the same thing. I am very disappointed with how unsafe the situation was and expect management to address this promptly. I strongly encourage anyone staying here to be cautious when using the bathtub/shower.

“Hyvä perushotelli Hollywoodissa.”

The room was spacious and tidy, with a microwave, fridge, and the option to iron clothes. The staff were helpful and things ran smoothly. A small pool in the inner courtyard was a nice addition to relax on a hot day. Breakfast wasn’t offered by the hotel, but a high‑quality coffee shop next to the lobby saved the hungry guest.

The hotel is close, clean, and comfortable. The only issue is that there’s only one working elevator.
