The place and the host were charming, and the breakfast was well served.

Conveniently located in a courtyard on the edge of the old town. During breakfast the owner told me that for my next stop I should take a local route through beautiful villages and views, which I did and it was well worth it without extending the trip. The surroundings of Sarlat are definitely worth seeing. The accommodation was well kept, including breakfast.

The rooms are right in the city centre, close to shops and the brasserie l'octroi, a great spot. Alexandre is a very friendly, communicative, passionate host with a wealth of knowledge on many topics; he remains discreet while mastering hospitality perfectly. I strongly recommend this place.
