The location of the property. The shared apartment unfortunately doesn’t guarantee peace because you never know who will be in the other room.

The kitchen was well equipped with a stove and everything was clean, and the location was great. However, it wasn't clear how check‑in worked; we had to ask everything ourselves, and the host was never present, making things a bit unclear.
