Checking in was completely hassle‑free—no fuss at all, keep it up! The staff and owners were friendly and pleasant. I’ve stayed here twice already and will book again whenever the chance comes.

The breakfast starts at 7:30. If you want to leave earlier, no lunch package is offered; instead you’re told you can get breakfast at a nearby bakery, but at your own cost. The reception is barely staffed, the elevator doesn’t work, and noise from a café in the annex seeps into the rooms.

The hotel sits right on Hauptplatz, surrounded by tasty spots in the nearby area, a lovely old town, and pharmacies and other services close by. Nothing to complain about.

Nothing, there was no staff present. It was very dirty and many items were broken, outlets, towel holders, and more. It was dusty everywhere. I never saw any staff and had to search for the room! In the hallway there was always the same cleaning kit. Everything was simply very bad!
