I booked and paid for a room for three people, but upon arrival they told me the reservation was only for two. The problem was not on our end but the booking site, so they made me pay for an extra bed even though I showed them the booking details showing three people. They seemed uninterested and blamed the booking site, telling me to sort it out with them.

The location is perfect, just a two‑minute walk to the metro, and the shared pool with another hotel is very pleasant. Breakfast quality is very good. However, the front‑desk staff are very distant and even a little unfriendly, unlike the poolside staff; this may be due to the layout, as the reception is on the side when you pass through the hotel gates.
