The hotel was well equipped with a good restaurant and very good food, but the breakfast cost 26 euros per person; a cheaper simplified option would be desirable. Staff friendliness varied wildly, from superb to prison‑door level.

Honestly, I loved the welcome from a lady named NADIEGE at breakfast because we were poorly informed about closing times, and her colleague made up for it. Thank you, MADAME!!! This hotel is too expensive for its services: my room was dirty upon arrival, with a paper towel visibly present and more. There is no internal phone service to call reception (you must walk over). Wi‑Fi doesn’t work (error: connection failed, IP address); nothing tells you the password or that the connection is established. No message informs guests of breakfast hours. The reception was disappointing, especially the breakfast hostess. Mold in the bathroom, sheets and pillow with hair. Thanks, but no thanks, never again! No parking available.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff were friendly and the place was clean. The rooms feel old and the location isn’t very attractive. Parking gets really tricky in the evenings because of events.

The reception staff and the parking guard were pleasant to greet, but the elevator broke during my stay.
