The staff were genuinely excellent at their jobs and genuinely cared about our safety and best interests, but the value was lacking.

The hotel is well situated, offering a stunning view of the city, the stadium, and the mountains. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was also good— we dined at the hotel because the area didn’t feel safe at night. It’s about a 20‑minute walk to the Waterfront. The room was small but very comfortable.

The rooms that face the road are pretty noisy; you can even hear people talking as they walk by.
