The setup was nice, but the TVs were a pain to get working, kids ran up and down the halls all night, smoking was outside, and construction crews were everywhere.

“Staff could be better and more willing to help people staying”

I liked how clean it was, but when I checked in I was shown a map of my room and no one actually guided me because the hotel feels like a maze; we spent the whole first day getting lost every time we left our room, nobody explained how to get towels at the pool and there were only two towels in one bathroom for our showers. The staff were polite but not very helpful, and many housekeeping staff didn't speak English, so getting help while lost was impossible. When I checked out I had a pool towel and asked to return it to the desk; the lady said no, just go right down that hall and you can return it, which was not impressive, but by then I was no longer getting lost; still, another five‑minute walk to return the towel when you're literally paid to be there is unacceptable. As for the room itself, it was really nice, very well updated, the furniture seemed almost brand new and it was so clean, but the bed was horrible—sleeping was nearly impossible, so we couldn't wait to get back home to our own beds.

“Great place to stay staff was great”

I had an incredible time at this hotel, and every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, I was treated to a seamless and enjoyable experience. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

My stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to its fabulous spa and convenient location. I appreciated the ease of accessing all the amenities, and the minimal hassles I encountered during my stay made it even more enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited food options available, and the unhealthy snacks in the vending machines were a letdown. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel to those looking for a relaxing retreat.
