The location felt safe, and the staff were attentive, informative, kind, and respectful, making the accommodation excellent. However, we were not given timely information about having to pay for an early check‑in.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was adequate. The room was nice and very clean, but because of our age we found the steep hills hard to navigate and ended up taking taxis instead of walking each day. We only received water on the first night.

The place was quaint, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the rooftop was great, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly.

The service was very good, the room was very comfortable, spacious and fully equipped, with beautiful décor that makes you feel safe, and the breakfast was good. The only downside is that there is no tap water to drink and you have to order it and pay for it.

What a beautiful hotel a few blocks from San Francisco square. They lovingly turned this courtyard home into a stunning hotel with a full‑service breakfast. We arrived at night and Quito was pretty deserted; our transport was the only vehicle on the streets.
