I never expected to find an abandoned property, a neglected and inaccessible pool, no water bottle in the room, and a leaking air conditioner. The morning breakfast was a disaster: one slice of pie was covered in mold, the coffee and cappuccino were terrible. The spacious room had a very small window.

The facility was very convenient, located in the center of Caselle in Pittari, close to all the best attractions in the area. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with homemade pastries. Nothing to complain about.

The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were hard. The landing stairwell had a safety rail.
