The booking said breakfast was included, yet none was provided and the kitchen was closed; coffee and tea were only available in the lobby. The room itself wasn’t updated, with rust on the baseboards and blackened caulking in the shower. The curtains on the front window didn’t fit, so we had to adjust them to meet in the middle for privacy. Listed as an “Inn,” I was surprised it turned out to be a motel.

The place feels like an old motel: the bedsheets aren’t clean, the comforter has black stains, and the bathtub is stained black and unusable. There’s no kettle in the room, no coffee or tea—just the bare room you’re paying for. It feels creepy, almost haunted, and we don’t like it at all; it was a bad experience, especially for my kids.

The location is good, but the beds were very uncomfortable. The price was reasonable. The room was nice overall, yet the baseboards were filthy and dusty, which triggered my allergies. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and an extra blanket would have been nice. The pillows were extremely hard, the toilet was too low, and there were no brochures or menus. Some of the light fixtures didn’t work.

The facilities need quite a bit of attention and maintenance. The room was missing a light, and there was noticeable humidity in the bathroom. Overall, the property would benefit from some updates and better upkeep
