The hotel sits in a great spot, but there was no cable available.

The parking was available, yet the reception lady’s attitude was unpleasant, she didn’t provide all the services promised in the reservation, and they tried to charge extra for credit card payments.

Everything was flawless, and everything stayed flawless.

The room was spotless and the staff responded quickly.
