The place is great and offers good value, though the staff struggled with English and used broken English plus Tamil, which was a little hard to follow but still manageable.

I think this is the best cost‑effective hotel in Pondicherry; there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, the rooms are very clean and the atmosphere is lovely, and I’ve stayed here multiple times whenever I visit Pondicherry.
