The staff were very attentive and you could feel their enthusiasm. The Japanese room was fantastic and a great place to relax. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Onsen privato was great, but there was a persistent mold odor inside the room, probably due to the water‑based nature of the facility; understandable, yet not recommended for those sensitive to such conditions.
