“Great”

Everything was real good. The Restaurant "Oceans" was great. The staff was very helpful. The only thing that I could be picky about is the ceiling in the hot tub room needs repaired. Everything else was great

Location, price, Barclay staff, and Oceans Restaurant and bar were positives, but the timeshare agent was not very customer‑service oriented or pleasant, and the unit could use better or more lighting. The A/C made a huge amount of noise.

We enjoyed our stay at this perfect location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the elevators were quick and ran well yet could use better cleaning or an interior update.

The location was good, the A/C worked properly, and the bed was comfortable. However, we stayed for 7 nights in a timeshare rental and never had the room cleaned or the trash picked up; we had to ask for towels and empty our own trash. The shower and sink drains were very slow, and the pool was okay, but an old mop bucket with stagnant water and garbage was in the pool area.

The room itself was spotlessly clean, but the layout left us uneasy – the bedroom opens directly into the living area, and the balcony door is on the other side, which is not how we expected it. On the downside, the lobby, pool, and hot tub area were in a sorry state, with fingerprint smudges on every door and very dirty floors.
