Only the location mattered – close to the airport. The service was not very pleasant. I booked a 4‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom apartment, but upon arrival the staff opened only two rooms. After we intervened with a big fuss, they kindly opened a third room and a second bathroom, then left loudly. The apartment had no plates, cups or cutlery. We were traveling with two small children. When we asked if we could use the downstairs canteen in the morning, I was told it was only for groups. After requesting, we received two plates and plastic cutlery. There was no single bag of coffee or tea, only one small bottle of water. The toilet was in a sorry state, with a yellow toilet seat that made sitting difficult. A camera was mounted in the corridor, covered with a small plastic patch, but it still picked up our voices as we tried to move the beds, and the staff told us beds could not be moved.
