The staff member Luz, an Afro‑descendant receptionist, was professional and attentive, but the white woman who seemed to run the hotel was dismissive, often on calls or texting, ignored guests, failed to issue a proper electronic bill, and reacted poorly to polite requests.

The staff were very friendly, especially the lady in the kitchen! The area is quite noisy and there's no sound‑proofing system. They could improve the décor a bit by hiding cables, better black‑outs, and other details.
