TownePlace Suites by Marriott Oconomowoc

They cancelled our booking on the day of arrival, which was unacceptable.

The room was spacious and the location suited us, yet the temperature was hard to control—initially very cold, then too hot to sleep.

“Relaxing”

Everything was clean, customer service was excellent, and breakfast was great, though the booking process was a bit problematic.

“Their is a reason why Marriot is still in business today!”

Breakfast was more than adequate! I have to say I was impressed with hotel from the moment I stepped up to the front desk! My stay was completely unplanned, because of a blizzard that was hitting the area I had just left work and didn't want risk driving home in the storm. When the gentleman heard why I was there, he very graciously offered me a ( what he called) a blizzard discount(which I didn't know was a thing) and I couldn't have been more grateful for his kindness! The room was amazing and very clean! I would definitely stay here again without hesitation! 👍👍👍. Very minor but maybe the placement of the tv in relation to the couch. All in all this hotel stay was perfect and perhaps even a life saver!

“Very nice stay”

My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable, thanks to the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that exceeded my expectations. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it feel like home away from home. However, I was a bit disappointed that the breakfast service ended a bit too early, which meant I had to plan my morning routine around it.
